Yes, a deposit is required for all bookings. This ensures your reserved time is guaranteed and prevents scheduling conflicts. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled session if notice is given within our cancellation window.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within this window, your deposit can be applied to a future booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. This policy allows us to maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients.
